I Love This!

Edible Icing images make any cake look awesome. Recently I celebrated my daughter’s 10th Birthday and I was truly stumped as to how to make the cake special after a decade of dreaming up new cakes. I was feeling very nostalgic so I decided I would make a cake with my favourite picture of her as the icing.

I found a fantastic company called Sweetums Wish and it was so easy. I chose the size, uploaded my picture, paid $12 and within 2 days it arrived in the mail.

I then made a cheat’s white chocolate mud cake double layer with white chocolate ganache. (I cheated because I bought the mix from the cake store).I topped it off  with pink butter frosting and watched my daughter’s face as she saw how special the cake was.
