Too Easy Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

1kg chicken wings (or winglettes)

2 tablespoons tomato sauce

2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon American mustard

Method:

Preheat oven to hot (200 – 220 degrees).  Combine all sauces in a bowl, add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Place chicken in single layer on oiled wire rack set inside a large shallow baking dish. Brush remaining marinade over chicken. Roast for approx. 30 mins or until chicken is browned & cooked through. Serve with dipping sauce.

1 tablespoon American mustard

2 tablespoons tomato sauce

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

Combine ingredients in small bowl. Cook covered in microwave oven on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute.
