Real Chicken Nuggets

These chicken nuggets are the best! Why? Because YOU can make them, they are EASY, HEALTHY, and the kids absolutely LOVE them.

Ingredients:

2 chicken breast fillets (skin off)

Whole egg mayonnaise

Wholemeal/multigrain Breadcrumbs

A little margarine

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Cut chicken up into nugget size pieces. Roll chicken in mayonnaise then in breadcrumbs. Place on non stick (or greased) oven tray. Melt a little margarine in the microwave and drizzle on chicken. Cook in the oven for around 20 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked. Makes approx 40 nuggets.
